Located near the intersection of W. Colonial Drive and John Young Parkway, 52 at Park sits at 3215 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32808. The community will offer a mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, with rents ranging from $1,126 for a one-bedroom unit to $1,745 for a four-bedroom unit. Residency is reserved for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Orange County’s current AMI is $90,400, according to county records. The development will include 300 apartments across eight three and four-story buildings. Notably, it will be among the first affordable housing communities in Florida to operate fully on solar energy. Construction began in Spring 2024, with an anticipated opening in the first quarter of 2026.
