Orange County Clerk of Courts, Tiffany Moore Russell, invites you to attend a series of free, in-person legal forums titled Legal Matters Live: Leaving a Legacy – Probate: Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning.

At some point in life, we all face the loss of a loved one. Along with grief comes

the responsibility of managing end-of-life affairs. Whether due to natural causes or

unexpected circumstances, navigating the probate process can be overwhelming,

especially when advance directives have not been clearly established.

These forums are designed to help educate the community about the probate process and provide guidance on available resources to begin estate planning with confidence.

Upcoming Forum Dates & Locations

Engelwood Neighborhood Center

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
