Exciting addition to the community!
Hawthorne Park, a 120 bed senior housing project for 55 +, was finally given the green light to proceed. Construction is slated for mid August in the Silver Pines Center (behind Hardees). According to Ryan von Weller from Windover Housing Partners, barriers delaying the projects are resolved and plans are moving forward for completion and opening next May or June 2021. Windover Housing Partners is a private Florida Company that finances and services affordable housing communities for families and active seniors.
