Dr. Bailey speaking to community residents about her request for a Future Land Use Amendment to allow development of an adult care community (ALF) and independent living units. Petitions both for and against were submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration. The BCC voted in unison to reject Bailey's Real Estate, LLP request to develop the property for these purposes.
